What is the Toastmasters Youth Leadership Program?
The Toastmasters Youth Leadership Program (YLP) is an engaging workshop-style program designed to help young people build confidence and develop their communication and leadership skills. Over the course of 6–8 sessions, participants learn how to speak effectively, think quickly, and lead with poise — all in a fun, supportive environment. Guided by experienced Toastmasters, students practice public speaking, giving feedback, and running meetings, preparing them for success in school, future careers, and beyond.
